Hebina is a rival of J.E.T. and the leader of the Space Pirates. She is particularly the rival of Fiona. She first appears in Episode 4 where she races against J.E.T. and finally loses. She puts on an act and claims she wants to bury the hatchet particularly with Fiona but tricks her and disappears.

A space pirate boss. Has two subordinates named Daijako and Kohebiko. Will do whatever it takes to win, even using unfair tactics. She always clashes with Futaba and cannot stand losing to her.
Lady Hebina owns a Scan2Go racing track, by the name of Lady Hebina's Race Circuit.
